According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2016 Q3, the average weekly wage for North Carolina was $910. Among all North Carolina counties, Durham County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.27K), followed by Mecklenburg County ($1.18K), and Wake County ($1.05K).
On the other hand, Pamlico County had the lowest average weekly wage ($544), followed by Alleghany County ($562), and Tyrrell County ($569).
