According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2017 Q3, the average weekly wage for North Carolina was $904. Among all North Carolina counties, Durham County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.25K), followed by Mecklenburg County ($1.13K), and Wake County ($1.04K).
On the other hand, Pamlico County had the lowest average weekly wage ($552), followed by Hyde County ($558), and Alleghany County ($560).
