According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2019 Q4, the average weekly wage for North Carolina was $1.04K. Among all North Carolina counties, Durham County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.39K), followed by Mecklenburg County ($1.32K), and Orange County ($1.23K).
On the other hand, Clay County had the lowest average weekly wage ($649), followed by Alleghany County ($654), and Martin County ($662).
