According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2003 Q3, the average weekly wage for Oregon was $652. Among all Oregon counties, Washington County had the highest average weekly wage ($830), followed by Multnomah County ($733), and Benton County ($701).

On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest average weekly wage ($391), followed by Hood River County ($416), and Wallowa County ($439).
