According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2003 Q4, the average weekly wage for Oregon was $695. Among all Oregon counties, Washington County had the highest average weekly wage ($891), followed by Multnomah County ($780), and Benton County ($734).

On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest average weekly wage ($430), followed by Hood River County ($465), and Wallowa County ($474).
