According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2006 Q3, the average weekly wage for Oregon was $720. Among all Oregon counties, Washington County had the highest average weekly wage ($925), followed by Multnomah County ($803), and Benton County ($764).

On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest average weekly wage ($394), followed by Hood River County ($456), and Wallowa County ($488).
