According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2003 Q1, the average weekly wage for Pennsylvania was $713. Among all Pennsylvania counties, Chester County had the highest average weekly wage ($944), followed by Montgomery County ($935), and Philadelphia County ($840).
On the other hand, Carbon County had the lowest average weekly wage ($429), followed by Sullivan County ($433), and Susquehanna County ($442).
