According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2009 Q2, the average weekly wage for Pennsylvania was $829. Among all Pennsylvania counties, Chester County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.11K), followed by Montgomery County ($1.04K), and Philadelphia County ($1.00K).

On the other hand, Sullivan County had the lowest average weekly wage ($501), followed by Perry County ($532), and Susquehanna County ($548).
