According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q1, the average weekly wage for South Carolina was $1.14K. Among all South Carolina counties, Berkeley County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.33K), followed by Charleston County ($1.29K), and Fairfield County ($1.27K).

On the other hand, McCormick County had the lowest average weekly wage ($743), followed by Dillon County ($769), and Clarendon County ($788).
