According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, the average weekly wage for South Carolina was $1.08K. Among all South Carolina counties, Charleston County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.19K), followed by Berkeley County ($1.18K), and Fairfield County ($1.17K).

On the other hand, McCormick County had the lowest average weekly wage ($740), followed by Dillon County ($744), and Barnwell County ($780).
