According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2024 Q2, the average weekly wage for South Carolina was $1.13K. Among all South Carolina counties, Berkeley County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.26K), followed by Charleston County ($1.24K), and Lancaster County ($1.22K).

On the other hand, Dillon County had the lowest average weekly wage ($783), followed by Clarendon County ($788), and Barnwell County ($797).
