According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2005 Q3, the average weekly wage for Tennessee was $690. Among all Tennessee counties, Roane County had the highest average weekly wage ($829), followed by Shelby County ($816), and Anderson County ($810).
On the other hand, Hancock County had the lowest average weekly wage ($369), followed by Lewis County ($374), and Morgan County ($384).
