According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2003 Q1, the average weekly wage for Utah was $585. Among all Utah counties, Salt Lake County had the highest average weekly wage ($648), followed by Tooele County ($630), and Emery County ($618).

On the other hand, Kane County had the lowest average weekly wage ($358), followed by Rich County ($360), and Piute County ($364).
