According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2004 Q1, the average weekly wage for Utah was $599. Among all Utah counties, Salt Lake County had the highest average weekly wage ($671), followed by Tooele County ($643), and Box Elder County ($608).

On the other hand, Rich County had the lowest average weekly wage ($355), followed by Kane County ($360), and Piute County ($373).
