According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2005 Q3, the average weekly wage for Vermont was $663. Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden County had the highest average weekly wage ($765), followed by Washington County ($681), and Windham County ($640).

On the other hand, Grand Isle County had the lowest average weekly wage ($460), followed by Lamoille County ($544), and Orange County ($545).
