According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2005 Q4, the average weekly wage for Vermont was $684. Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden County had the highest average weekly wage ($789), followed by Windham County ($686), and Washington County ($680).

On the other hand, Grand Isle County had the lowest average weekly wage ($515), followed by Orleans County ($541), and Lamoille County ($556).
