According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2011 Q1, the average weekly wage for Vermont was $740. Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden County had the highest average weekly wage ($877), followed by Washington County ($779), and Addison County ($724).

On the other hand, Grand Isle County had the lowest average weekly wage ($564), followed by Lamoille County ($577), and Essex County ($581).
