According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2011 Q4, the average weekly wage for Vermont was $809. Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden County had the highest average weekly wage ($943), followed by Washington County ($851), and Franklin County ($789).

On the other hand, Grand Isle County had the lowest average weekly wage ($584), followed by Essex County ($627), and Lamoille County ($656).
