According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2012 Q4, the average weekly wage for Vermont was $829. Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden County had the highest average weekly wage ($981), followed by Washington County ($861), and Franklin County ($821).

On the other hand, Essex County had the lowest average weekly wage ($639), followed by Grand Isle County ($652), and Lamoille County ($668).
