According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2017 Q3, the average weekly wage for Vermont was $869. Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden County had the highest average weekly wage ($982), followed by Washington County ($935), and Franklin County ($870).

On the other hand, Grand Isle County had the lowest average weekly wage ($623), followed by Essex County ($680), and Orleans County ($727).
