According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2007 Q1, the average weekly wage for West Virginia was $653. Among all West Virginia counties, Boone County had the highest average weekly wage ($884), followed by Marshall County ($812), and Mingo County ($781).
On the other hand, Tucker County had the lowest average weekly wage ($414), followed by Wirt County ($432), and Wetzel County ($461).
