According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2014 Q2, the average weekly wage for West Virginia was $792. Among all West Virginia counties, Marshall County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.05K), followed by Boone County ($974), and Mingo County ($938).

On the other hand, Pocahontas County had the lowest average weekly wage ($577), followed by Wirt County ($588), and Summers County ($591).
