According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2020 Q1, the average weekly wage for West Virginia was $904. Among all West Virginia counties, Marshall County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.15K), followed by Doddridge County ($1.12K), and Monongalia County ($1.11K).

On the other hand, Clay County had the lowest average weekly wage ($577), followed by Wirt County ($593), and Pendleton County ($604).
