According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2021 Q4, the average weekly wage for West Virginia was $1.05K. Among all West Virginia counties, Marshall County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.26K), followed by Monongalia County ($1.19K), and Putnam County ($1.17K).

On the other hand, Pendleton County had the lowest average weekly wage ($695), followed by Clay County ($713), and Pocahontas County ($729).
