According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, the average weekly wage for West Virginia was $1.08K. Among all West Virginia counties, Doddridge County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.27K), followed by Marshall County ($1.26K), and Monongalia County ($1.22K).

On the other hand, Pendleton County had the lowest average weekly wage ($735), followed by Pocahontas County ($773), and Hampshire County ($803).
