According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, for 2008 Q3, among all US counties, North Slope Borough, AK had the highest average weekly wage ($1.59K), followed by New York County, NY ($1.55K), and Santa Clara County, CA ($1.53K).
On the other hand, Petroleum County, MT had the lowest average weekly wage ($317), followed by Arthur County, NE ($347), and Garfield County, MT ($353).
