Ranking of US Counties By Average Weekly Wage in 2008 Q4

According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, for 2008 Q4, among all US counties, New York County, NY had the highest average weekly wage ($1.86K), followed by North Slope Borough, AK ($1.63K), and Fairfield County, CT ($1.60K).

On the other hand, Hooker County, NE had the lowest average weekly wage ($335), followed by Petroleum County, MT ($371), and Elk County, KS ($388).
