According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, for 2011 Q2, among all US counties, Santa Clara County, CA had the highest average weekly wage ($1.74K), followed by North Slope Borough, AK ($1.73K), and Eureka County, NV ($1.68K).
On the other hand, Arthur County, NE had the lowest average weekly wage ($345), followed by Keweenaw County, MI ($346), and Grant County, NE ($398).
