Ranking of US States By Average Weekly Wage in 2006 Q4

According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, for 2006 Q4, among all US states and DC, District of Columbia had the highest average weekly wage ($1,424), followed by New York ($1,106), and Connecticut ($1,099).

On the other hand, South Dakota had the lowest average weekly wage ($614), followed by Montana ($625), and Mississippi ($630).
