According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in October, 2007:

  1. Colorado: 300
  2. Maine: 300
  3. Oklahoma: 300

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in October, 2007:

  1. Michigan: -12,500
  2. Ohio: -7,200
  3. Kentucky: -4,400
