According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in January, 2005:

  1. Louisiana: 2,700
  2. Georgia: 600
  3. Mississippi: 400

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in January, 2005:

  1. New York: -30,800
  2. Massachusetts: -14,700
  3. Pennsylvania: -14,400
