According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2019, Maine added the highest number of jobs to the federal government goods-producing industry (54), followed by Washington (18), and Connecticut (8).

On the other hand, Oregon added the least number of jobs (-358), followed by Virginia (-46), and Rhode Island (-18).
