According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2020, Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the federal government manufacturing industry (112), followed by Illinois (17), and Hawaii (12).

On the other hand, Washington added the least number of jobs (-45), followed by Mississippi (-1), and West Virginia (0).
