  3. Fayette: 4,161
  4. Christian: 3,467
  5. Kenton: 3,325
  6. Boone: 1,164
  7. Madison: 1,140
  8. McCracken: 572
  9. McCreary: 464
  10. Franklin: 430

The following were the rankings of the top 10 Kentucky counties based on the number of Federal Government jobs added to the 102 Service-providing Industry in April 2019:

  1. Edmonson: 23
  2. Boyd: 15
  3. Boone: 10
  4. Laurel: 7
  5. Martin: 7
  6. Graves: 6
  7. Knox: 6
  8. Todd: 6
  9. Bourbon: 5
  10. Breckinridge: 5
