United States Payroll Employment By State for The Federal Government Service Providing Industry in May, 2019

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the federal government service-providing industry (1,971), followed by Colorado (1,080), and Arizona (1,039).

On the other hand, Illinois added the least number of jobs (-545), followed by Kentucky (-277), and Iowa (-248).
