According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2020, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the federal government service-providing industry (1,010), followed by Florida (594), and New Mexico (498).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-15,396), followed by Washington (-2,395), and Illinois (-1,813).
