According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, North Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the federal government education and health services industry (365), followed by California (97), and Maryland (69).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-902), followed by Colorado (-277), and Virginia (-93).
