According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2019, Florida added the highest number of jobs to the federal government general merchandise stores industry (15), followed by New York (8), and Utah (6).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-62), followed by North Carolina (-38), and California (-35).
