According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, West Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the federal government professional and technical services industry (21), followed by Maryland (18), and Texas (11).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-33), followed by Missouri (-27), and Oregon (-26).
