According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the federal government other professional and technical services industry (24), followed by Alaska (4), and Kentucky (2).

On the other hand, Colorado added the least number of jobs (-8), followed by Virginia (-4), and Mississippi (-4).
