According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, North Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the federal government elementary and secondary schools industry (12), followed by Georgia (10), and New York (3).

On the other hand, South Dakota added the least number of jobs (-15), followed by Oregon (-1), and Alabama (-1).
