According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Alaska added the highest number of jobs to the federal government other schools and instruction industry (2), followed by Louisiana (2), and Arkansas (1).

On the other hand, Kentucky added the least number of jobs (-6), followed by Virginia (-2), and Maryland (-2).
