According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Kentucky added the highest number of jobs to the federal government social assistance industry (16), followed by New Mexico (15), and California (13).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-22), followed by Hawaii (-11), and Alabama (-11).
