According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, Georgia added the highest number of jobs to the federal government social assistance industry (13), followed by Maryland (12), and New Mexico (8).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-24), followed by Kentucky (-20), and Virginia (-14).
