According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2020, New Mexico added the highest number of jobs to the federal government social assistance industry (22), followed by Kansas (12), and Alabama (10).

On the other hand, South Carolina added the least number of jobs (-49), followed by Texas (-40), and Florida (-38).
