According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2020, South Dakota added the highest number of jobs to the federal government administration of economic programs industry (-295), followed by North Dakota (-372), and Idaho (-373).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-16,143), followed by Texas (-14,951), and California (-13,767).
