According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, New York added the highest number of jobs to the federal government administration of economic programs industry (134), followed by Kansas (85), and South Dakota (50).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-356), followed by California (-178), and Washington (-101).
