According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, Wisconsin added the highest number of jobs to the federal government space research and technology industry (), followed by Tennessee (1), and West Virginia (1).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-83), followed by Maryland (-50), and Alabama (-35).
