According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the federal government national security and international affairs industry (191), followed by Georgia (180), and Nebraska (90).

On the other hand, New Jersey added the least number of jobs (-83), followed by Hawaii (-70), and Maryland (-52).
