According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2020, Maryland added the highest number of jobs to the federal government national security and international affairs industry (823), followed by California (197), and Texas (192).

On the other hand, Oklahoma added the least number of jobs (-193), followed by Montana (-24), and Pennsylvania (-14).
